I take time to understand each client's business's finances, operations and banking needs so I can recommend tailored solutions for lending, cash flow optimization, payment solutions and more.

I've worked in the financial services industry since 1992 and I am known for being an accomplished Business Banking Relationship Manager with a unique blend of CFO experience in manufacturing and a solid foundation in banking I specialize in delivering strategic financial solutions across diverse industries including manufacturing, technology, food production, logistics, and non-profits

My deep understanding of operations and cash flow empowers me to simplify complex financial challenges and offer actionable, hands-on insights to clients, teams, and leadership My expertise spans capital acquisition, cash-flow forecasting, risk mitigation, and operational excellence, helping businesses optimize performance and achieve long-term success

I’m actively involved in shaping Montana’s manufacturing landscape—serving as Chair of the Montana Manufacturers Association, founding board member and treasurer of the Southwest Montana Manufacturing Partnership, board member of the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center, and VP of the Northern Rocky Mountain Economic Development District I also collaborated with the Montana Department of Commerce to develop the Automation Loan Program, supporting innovation and competitiveness in the state

Certified Lean Bronze and Lean Silver through SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers), I bring advanced expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Lean Financial Management

My goal is to be a trusted partner and advisor—delivering insights, strategic guidance and results that drive long-term growth.

I live in Bozeman, Montana and in my free time, I enjoy running mountain trails with my Labs, Moose and Moonbeam, fly fishing one of Montana's Blue Ribbon trout streams, downhill skiing, camping and enjoying all that Montana offers.
