  1. Promotional offer is available for establishment of a new payment processing account to new and existing U.S. Bank customers not currently using Elavon for merchant processing services. To qualify for the 2.50% Back Monthly offer, you must open a new U.S. Bank Payment Solutions Merchant Account by August 30, 2024 and accept and settle a payment transaction by October 31, 2024. The 2.50% Back Monthly offer is based on Built Around You pricing fees from swiped, inserted/dipped, tapped, keyed, and ecommerce credit and debit transactions. The 2.50% Back Monthly offer will be credited to your merchant statement by the following month’s billing cycle. Merchant accounts (MIDs) must be in open status, actively processing, and be on Built Around You pricing at the time of the monthly incentive credit. The monthly 2.50% back on transaction fees will end on December 31, 2025, and the final credit will appear on the December 2025 billing cycle. U.S. Bank and/or Elavon, a U.S. Bank company, reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time. Restrictions may apply.

  2. Everyday Funding is available at no additional charge to U.S. Bank Payment Solutions merchants with a U.S. Bank Business Checking account. Funding speeds will vary between weekdays and weekends and are dependent on batch times. Funding is based on batch and will be processed every day, including weekends. Activation may take between three to five business days from date of Everyday Funding service request. Once the file is activated, there will be a change in the description of the payment when it is posted to your bank account.

  3. U.S. Bank Payment Solutions are powered by Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U. S. Bank NA. Elavon assesses the following transaction fees, depending on the acceptance method for the credit card payment:

    Swipe, tap, insert: 2.60% of transaction amount + 10 ¢ per item
    Manual transaction: 3.50% of transaction amount + 15 ¢ per item
    Online payments: 2.90% of transaction amount + 30 ¢ per item

    Disclosed transaction fees apply for online applications. Transaction fees may vary and other fees may apply for accounts not opened online.
