Shannon Byron is a Client Sales Executive with U.S. Bank’s Housing Finance Agency (HFA) Division, where she partners with housing finance agencies and participating lenders across the United States. With extensive experience in HFA operations, lender support, and client relationship management, Shannon is committed to delivering exceptional service and helping partners advance affordable homeownership opportunities in their communities.
Since joining U.S. Bank in 2018, Shannon has built a strong foundation in HFA lending through a variety of client-focused and operational roles. She began her career on the Client Administration Lender Management team, where she developed deep expertise in lender onboarding, program administration, operational processes, and partner support. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the systems and procedures that drive successful HFA programs.
In 2022, Shannon accepted the Client Relationship Manager role, supporting the HFA Sales team and serving as a trusted resource for HFA lenders and agency partners nationwide. She played a key role in onboarding new lenders, delivering training, providing guidance on U.S. Bank systems and HFA program requirements, and helping partners navigate operational and compliance-related questions. Her collaborative approach and commitment to service earned the trust of both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Recognizing her strong leadership and industry expertise, U.S. Bank promoted Shannon to Client Sales Executive in July 2024. In her current role, she works closely with state and local housing finance agencies and lending partners throughout the United States to strengthen strategic relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and support the successful delivery of affordable housing initiatives.
