Application

The U.S. Bank Flexible Capital Platform® will accommodate most of your clients’ application types. If you are currently not entitled to or for loan requests not supported by the platform, use the application provided below.

Addendums

For a client wishing to pledge collateral for a Flexible Capital Line of Credit, but who is not a borrower on the application, the appropriate addendum will need to be completed and submitted. The appropriate addendum will pull into the application based on a client’s responses. If an additional addendum is needed, choose from those below based upon the ownership of the pledged accounts.

Personal financial statement

Applications for line of credit amounts greater than $10,000,000 require a personal financial statement.

Liquid collateral release rate schedule

Provides the advance rate and margin rate for the individual eligible liquid collateral types.

Online banking

Elevate your clients’ experience with the U.S. Bank Flexible Capital Line of Credit® by offering online banking to view account details and transfer funds.
