If you currently have a stop payment on your account for a check or ACH transaction, it'll remain in effect as your accounts convert to U.S. Bank for the duration stated:
To cancel a stop payment, you can log into your account via the U.S. Bank Mobile App or online banking, at your local U.S. Bank branch, or by calling 24-hour banking at 800-USBANKS (872-2657).
If you have a stop payment on your Union Bank Debit Card, it won't be transferred to U.S. Bank. After receiving your new U.S. Bank Debit Card, please contact U.S. Bank to re-establish any stop payments that were set up with your Union Bank Debit Card.
You’ll be able to use your current Union Bank Debit and/or ATM Card and your existing PIN number through July 31. Your Union Bank Debit and/or ATM Card will stop working on August 1, or when you activate your new U.S. Bank Debit and/or ATM Card.
You’ll receive a new U.S. Bank Debit and/or ATM Card by July 15.
If you have not received your new card by July 15, call 24-Hour banking at 800-USBANKS (872-2657).
After you receive your new card, be sure to:
While we expect that most automatic payments that were set up with your Union Bank Debit Card will automatically be updated with your new U.S. Bank Debit Card information (card number, expiration date and the three-digit security code displayed on the back of your card) we recommend that you verify that all of your automatic payments were updated accordingly. Common automatic payments include utility companies and cell phone services.

Yes. You may continue to use your existing Union Bank checks and deposit slips until your supply runs out. You’ll receive a letter in May with your new account number and instructions on how to order new U.S. Bank checks when you’re ready.
This does not apply to HELOC checks.
All Union Bank ATMs will soon be U.S. Bank ATMs. From now until May 30, you'll only be able to access and perform transactions using your primary checking and primary savings accounts. Once the transition is complete, you'll have full access to all of your accounts and all ATM capabilities.
No. Your PIN won’t change. You’ll be able to use your existing PIN with your new U.S. Bank business debit card or ATM card.
From Memorial Day weekend through July 31, you won’t be able to change the PIN for your Union Bank and U.S. Bank business debit card or ATM card. If you forgot your PIN, please call 24-Hour Banking to request a PIN mailer, which will provide your original PIN.
