JANUARY TO APRIL
Important account transition information will arrive in the mail throughout these months.
MAY TO JULY
All Union Bank accounts move to U.S. Bank.
We’ll reach out to you with important details. To update your contact information:
After your account transfers, you'll be able to use your smartphone or mobile device to download the U.S. Bank Mobile App. Here are some of the tasks you’ll be able to complete online, on your phone, wherever you go:
For now, your relationship with Union Bank shouldn’t change at all. You’ll still be able to visit your local branch or ATM and manage your accounts as you always have.
Union Bank personal and business accounts will automatically start to move to U.S. Bank in May 2023. Please be on the lookout this spring and summer for important information about your account changes via email, letter and online. For now, we strongly encourage you to make sure your contact information is up to date with Union Bank.
U.S. Bank will stay in the California, Washington and Oregon markets that Union Bank currently serves. Although banking is increasingly being done online, we strongly believe the future of banking will combine technology with personal relationships – both do-it-yourself and do-it-together.
U.S. Bank is committed to keeping Union Bank’s existing front-line workforce in place through this transition.
After we convert your account to U.S. Bank - which we anticipate will happen in the first half of 2023 - you’ll be able to enroll in U.S. Bank mobile and online banking. We’re excited to make our industry-leading technologies, superior functionality and broader servicing options available to you.
We’re committed to keeping you fully informed throughout this process. We’ll provide timely communications via email, letter and online as further information becomes available.
