Managing your cash flow can be a challenge when you're on the go. That's why we developed U.S. Bank Mobile SinglePoint, so you can tackle tasks while you're away from your computer. With Mobile SinglePoint, you're in control and can make decisions right from your mobile device.

Mobile SinglePoint provides mobile access to your time-critical U.S. Bank SinglePoint® and SinglePoint Essentials services.

Security with Mobility

  • Mobile SinglePoint uses the same security standards and policies as SinglePoint and SinglePoint Essentials.
  • Communications are securely encrypted through advanced industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption.
  • Banking data and credentials are never stored on your device.
  • Tokens are required for ACH and Wire Transfer functions.

Mobile SinglePoint

With Mobile SinglePoint you can securely:

  • View account balances, search for transactions and view transaction details. SinglePoint customers can also view current day reports such as ACH summary and detail, wire detail or lockbox summary.
  • Initiate a repetitive wire transfer or an ACH batch from template. Transfer funds between checking and loan accounts.
  • Approve time-sensitive payments, including wire transfers, ACH and account transfers. You can also approve password resets, user activations/deactivations or Positive Pay decisions that require secondary approval.
  • View credit card balances and make payments (available for SinglePoint Essentials customers only).
  • Review Positive Pay exceptions (even view the check image) and make decisions.
  • Review ACH Positive Pay exception item details and make pay or return decisions.
  • Track payment activity for a wire transfer, book transfer or ACH batch you approved or initiated.

Smartphone Compatibility

Mobile SinglePoint is designed to work on smartphones such as iPhone, BlackBerry and Android, as well as Windows mobile devices. And, since it uses a Web browser, you won't be required to download an app.

Convenient Access on the Go

The main menu gives you access to the balances of your most important accounts and lets you see all of the items waiting for your approval. Services are available based on your SinglePoint or SinglePoint Essentials profile.
