At times, a payment you just made will overlap with the preparation, printing and mailing of your new statement. Contact the Customer Service team to confirm that your payment has been received.
Your payment schedule and due dates are outlined in your loan documents. If you need more information, contact Customer Service.
If your payment is not received by U.S. Bank Practice Finance within the stated grace period, you will be charged a late fee. To avoid late payments and fees, contact Customer Service to make arrangements to have your payments deducted automatically from your practice checking or savings account.

Contact the Customer Service team. A representative will produce a pay-off document and instruct you on how to wire the payment to U.S. Bank Practice Finance.
Contact Customer Service to obtain and complete a third party form which gives U.S. Bank Practice Finance the approval to release your information to a third party.
