Small Business Credit Cards

We may change APRs, fees and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

U.S. Bank will increase your rate to a Penalty Rate if you: 1) Make payments 5 calendar days late twice, or 30 calendar days late once. 2) Make a payment that is returned; or 3) If you exceed your Credit Limit 2 times in 12 consecutive months.

* Introductory rates do not apply to balance transfers and cash advances. The rate will end early and increase to the APR for Purchases or to a Penalty Rate APR if you make a late payment, make a payment that is returned, or your account exceeds its credit limit. We apply your payments to balances with lower APRs first.

Provided your Account is open, current and otherwise in good standing, an annual bonus equal to 25% of your prior year’s Cash Rewards, up to a maximum of $250, will be awarded following your Cash Rewards Enrollment Anniversary Date. Full details will be provided when you become a cardmember.

  2. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns.

  3. Earn three points per net dollar (purchases minus credits and returns) when you use your card at merchants classified in merchant category codes within the selected category. All other net purchases will earn one point per dollar. U.S. Bank does not control how merchants choose to identify their business and reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify. Full details will be provided when you become a cardmember.

The creditor and issuer of these cards is U.S. Bank National Association, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc., and the card is available to United States residents only.
