Branch Cash Services

Branch Cash Services

Secure and convenient cash services for branch business customers.

U.S. Bank Branch Cash Services are designed for companies that make regular cash deposits or require a continuous inventory of coin and currency at their locations. These services are available to your business if no U.S. Bank Cash Vault location is nearby.

We’ll coordinate services for you, ensuring ease and efficiency.

Branch Cash Services are an easy, efficient way to get and deposit the cash you need to run your business. We’ll coordinate everything for you while giving you the flexibility your business needs to have deposits and orders processed in the way that’s best for you.

Benefits at a glance

  • Convenient access – Most of our more than 3,000 branches in 25 states nationwide offer Branch Cash Services. If your business has multiple locations, we’ll do a proximity study to determine which branches are closest to your stores. We also gather detailed information about your cash needs and communicate this information to the branches you’ll be using to ensure that proper instructions are in place for your service.
  • Flexible options – While U.S. Bank maintains standard processing across our branch footprint, our manual-processing environment allows us to accommodate special processing requests. This gives you the ability to decide how your cash deposits, adjustments and orders will be processed and delivered.
  • Safe and secure – Instead of leaving your business’s daily deposit at your store or office overnight, use our night-drop service. You’ll have the confidence of knowing that your funds are safely at the bank. Night deposits are removed from the depository under dual control. If you prefer, you also have the option of having your night deposits counted in front of you the following business day.
