US Bank Consumer Banking Default Management (CBDM) is seeking a Strategy Analyst with strong analytical and presentation skills to work in the Decision Analytics team.  This position will utilize data driven analytics to identify areas of opportunity in the department and partner with department leadership to design, develop, implement, and maintain strategic change initiatives.  The ideal candidate will combine technical skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with others.
Essential Functions:
. Analyze trends and industry KPI to find areas of opportunity
· Learn current processes to find high impact decision points
· Recommend strategic changes
· Utilize test and control methodology to quantify value of pilot programs
· Partner with project managers in large scale projects
· Present change proposals and results to senior leadership


  Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
- Applicable professional certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Process Mapping
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power Point
- Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
- Advanced understanding of the business line’s operations
