Partner with a Sr. Advisor to assist in a limited number of the most complex relationships. Independently manage a small book of clients by conducting all aspects of relationship management; as well as, focus on generating new business from personal referral network in order to satisfy established sales goals. Role deepens client relationships through customer service, relationship reviews, highlighting additional needs, conducting relevant analysis and presenting solutions. Requires the ability to direct, guide and manage workflow for each client team, including follow-up to ensure completion of outstanding client requests. Works independently to foresee client needs and capitalize on prior prospecting to solidify new business development. Provides guidance and training to less experienced WM Associates and Analysts. The minimum degree preferred is a bachelor’s degree and the incumbent typically has four to seven years of related experience. Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus.
