Responsible for:

 

  • Developing automated and/or analytic solutions to support Quality Assurance and Operational Controls functions for the Retail Payment Solutions (RPS) Operations business group.
  • Participating in the development and deployment of end-to-end automated/analytic solutions for quality measurements and adherence to internal, Visa/Mastercard association, and regulatory rules across the various aspects of Operations (Fraud, Disputes, Cardmember Services, Card Issuance, Underwriting).
  • Supporting additional analytic projects such as risk/reward assessment, R&D analytics and project management aspects as needed.
  • Interacting, collaborating and communicating with all subject matter experts across and within the company, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Credit Operations, Fraud, Cardmember Services, and Technology & Operations (TOS) integration.
  • Determining revenue and expense opportunities through evaluation of current processes and coordinating with appropriate internal areas for feasibility and deployment of opportunities identified.

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in project management activities

- Proven experience in Visual Basic, .NET, or similar programming technology

- Proven experience in SAS, SQL, or similar analytical toolsets

 

Preferred Skills/Experience


- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

- Task oriented with ability to manage deadlines effectively
