Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be related to process improvement, streamlining, ensuring compliance or systems related in nature. Provides detailed analytical feedback to Collections Support team related to overall process health. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised processes or procedures. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion of process/procedure updates in accordance with Management needs. Participates heavily in creating training for users and evaluating process changes post-implementation. Manages progress of any applicable project teams and evaluates overall team performance. Acts as a backup to Collections Support Management when needed.
