Lockbox Business Project Analytics Manager

Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the Business Project Analytics requirements activities for the National Lockbox and Government Services business line.   Manages a team that supports Lockbox specific projects, as well as projects dependent on Lockbox applications across multiple platforms, working with stakeholders and team members to define and understand the goals, objectives and success criteria.  Job functions include providing leadership to ensure engagement in the requirements process, supporting team members in planning and facilitating documentation and prioritization of requirements and verifying traceability, and providing leadership and guidance in transitioning project methodology from Waterfall to Agile. 
Key competencies include influencing, strategic thinking, communicating effectively and able to make decisions regarding priorities and resources. Applicant will need to work closely with aligned departments and partners to ensure high quality and efficiency in completion of projects in a predictable manner, on time and within approved budget.  This position will have a strong emphasis on people leadership, team integration, culture change, and business process improvement and accomplishes results through the effective management of exempt level analyst staff. 


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of operations experience in the financial services industry
- Five or more years of supervisory/management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced experience working in an Agile Methodology/Scrum environment
- Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner or other Agile certification
- Working knowledge of Version One software
- Thorough understanding of project life cycle methodology and requirements methodology/procedures
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting schedules and resource allocations as necessary
- Experience with projects of moderate to extensive complexity with durations of 6 months or longer
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business line and technology partners
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Highly motivated with ability to learn and understand Lockbox business lines function and processes
