Responsible for integrating practice management techniques with systems and compensation plans for Wealth Management (WM) across Metro, Community and Private Wealth Management. Drive alignment of incentives, promotions, revenue sharing agreements, award trips, referrals, escalation management/research cases, etc. by obtaining strategic buy-in with business leaders as well as establishing proper systems/technology requirements.
Responsible for leading, creating and enhancing daily operational and onboarding processes utilized by the field to meet regulatory requirements and contact for corporate technology enhancement rollouts. Will lead a project team that supports these efforts. Familiarity with US Bank, SalesForce and reporting systems are critical. Be a problem solver, great communicator, have a deep analytic capability, strong understanding of complex program designs. Candidate should have strong negotiation, influencing, relationship building, conflict resolution and effective communication, and collaboration skills across organizations. Candidate should be passionate, persistent, inquisitive, creative, confident, and be able to interact with expert teams. Must be very detailed oriented, understand nuisance and complex implications.
