Treasury Management Implementation Coordinator

The person in this position is responsible for a range of implementation activities designed to achieve a high level of client service and satisfaction during the implementation of Treasury Management (TM) products and services.  This person must have the ability to accurately review and complete detailed client implementation requests quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional client experience, ensuring compliance to U.S. Bank’s client security standards and policies. 


  • Execute Treasury Management client implementations
    • Complete incoming eForm and TMIG implementation requests
      • Understands compliance requirements to ensure all required signed documents are on file or included in the request
      • Validate required contract agreements are in place
      • Validate incoming requests are accurate and all supporting documents are included and  completed accurately and appropriately signed
      • Understands Hogan account profile and SAR Reports for validation of client status and account information
    • Understands the Contract Database and functionality as it relates to client contract agreements.
    • Understands SinglePoint Essentials requirements to ensure client services are implemented accurately and efficiently
    • Basic knowledge of Deposit Express, Electronic Check Blocks, Electronic Check Filters, Focal Point Plus (FPP), Data Exchange requirements to ensure client services are implemented accurately and efficiently
      • Provide backup support to Cash Concentration Implementation
    • Communicates with TM Sales, Small Business Direct Sales and operational setup groups for clarification and additional information
    • Validates the accuracy of client implementations
    • Actively seek out knowledge of Treasury Management products and services and share with team members
  • Activity tracking and reporting
      • Log daily TMIG activity
  • Actively monitor and process Returned Item Decision exceptions
  • Basic understanding of billing activities
    • Provide backup support for TMIG billing
      • Post daily
      • Initiate billing at month end and submit to Account Analysis & Billing (AA&B)
    • Provide backup support for Monthly Billing Rejects
      • Update SinglePoint and JTMAN as applicable
  • Monitor and resolve incoming internal and external implementation inquiries through email and incoming calls
    • Review, clarify, research and resolve email inquiries
      • Distribute inquiries to appropriate functional area for resolution
      • Escalate unresolved problems.
    • Ability to answer telephone inquiries by clarifying, researching and resolving
    • Demonstrates the ability to resolve issues related to implementations
      • Escalate unresolved problems
    • Handle inquires professionally, timely and appropriately
  • Identify and make recommendations for procedural changes
  • Other projects as assigned


Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of clerical and customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services is desirable
Strong oral and written communication skills
Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Accurate keyboard skills with ability to enter data quickly and efficiently
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on follow through
Detail oriented
Proficient in the use of computers, databases and web based applications including MS Office Suite and browser applications
Knowledge of the following internal systems is preferred:
  • Contract Database
  • Deposit Express
  • eForm and TMIG
  • FIS (Data Exchange / Cash Concentration)
  • Hogan
  • SinglePoint
