Program Manager - Enterprise CRM - Salesforce

The Program Manager – Enterprise CRM (eCRM) will drive the execution of the eCRM strategy to ensure functional and strategic alignment across the most significant eCRM capabilities.  These processes are key in helping achieve the eCRM goals associated with improving both our customer experience as well as our employee satisfaction.   This individual will be expected to develop a strong practical understanding of key operational processes across a diverse set of business lines and technology platforms.  This role requires both the ability to work independently and the ability to influence without authority across all levels within the organization
  • Assist in building and facilitating the CRM Center of Excellence including sharing Best Practices across the teams and BUs
  • Ensure alignment of major projects to eCRM strategy
  • Provide leadership of thought, process, and people while contributing positively to the US Bank culture
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the key eCRM business processes, which includes both the as-is and to-be state for managing sales, service and marketing portfolios
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the eCRM Roadmap
  • Support, review, and update eCRM Governance processes


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred  
  • 4-6 years of strategic CRM experience required; Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of Program Management experience
  • Salesforce Certification and/or PMI Certification is a plus
  • Strong influencing,  leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Well-developed presentation skills to present to all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of statistical and analytics outcomes
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to customer success
