U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic Project Team Leader with experience running technology initiatives to manage the operations of their technology innovation lab, the Greenhouse.

Responsibilities include:
-Set up and manage the workflow of Idea Place, the Greenhouse’s internal idea portal, to ensure the lab has a constant stream of projects.
-Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and rapidly develop prototypes and POC’s.
-Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to drive engagement with the innovation team.
-Coordinate Google design sprints to test ideas and answer critical business questions.
-Provide technical and administrative support to project team members.
-Analyze and makes recommendations for technical design requirements of solutions.
-Direct, motivate and develop project staff.
-Identify and address training and development needs of project and application team members.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 5 years’ experience with developing and implementing applications.
