Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.  Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.  Participates in training users and evaluating the project.  Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
This position is within the Wealth Management CRM group.  As such, candidate must have extensive experience with Salesforce implementation projects as well as background in the financial/banking industry.
  1. Manage the process of gathering requirements to insure a healthy level of backlog stories are always available
  2. Establish a project plan with release milestones
  3. Manage the burn up chart against the product MVP and timeline
  4. Risk and Issue Management
  5. Report on the progress of the project against the established and approved Project Timeline
  6. Remove team blockers to maintain progress


Basic Qualifications
  • Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management and leadership activities
  • Five or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Financial Services/Banking industry experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Previous Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired but does not need to be active
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Project and MS Office skills
