Senior Digital Product Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for digital marketing within Retail Payment Solutions. The successful candidate for this position will have experience managing digital marketing programs such as display, paid search and social media. They will have experience working across multiple business lines and with third party media agencies. They will be responsible for reporting results and making suggestions for changes and developing a strategy to grow the business within the digital channels.  
Description of Work
  • Manage SEO/SEM programs who will work with our paid search agency to maintain and expand keyword lists, manage CPA, test ad copy, landing page optimization, and ensure all SEO activity is properly aligned for each product.
  • Drive the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies. This also consists of assisting with content creation, as well as analyzing emerging social media tools and platforms to develop innovative ideas for product teams.
  • Ownership of the online banner ad campaign calendar for and Online Banking, which entails managing multiple new banner ad campaigns each month.
  • Maintain and expand our affiliate marketing programs by working closely with our affiliate marketing agency to research and evaluate new publishers, develop and grow relationships with key affiliates and identify new opportunities.
  • Review performance and suggest changes to Management for paid search, social media, affiliate marketing and other online marketing initiatives and use results to continually optimize channels.
  • Assist with ad hoc online marketing projects, as well as website maintenance on a variety of product websites.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Three or more years of management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM
  • Experience with Commission Junction or Google Affiliate Network
  • Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities specific to interactive marketing programs
  • Recent experience with credit card or financial services marketing
