This position will support the rapidly growing Mortgage Division at U.S. Bank. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Retail Mortgage instance of Salesforce.com as an administrator. In this role you will support all facets of the system to maximize its utility to aid in the successful execution of Retail Mortgage strategies. This is a team oriented position which will work collaboratively with the Retail Mortgage Salesforce Support team, the Consumer Direct Sales team, and the Business Development Group to produce results.

 

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in marketing or related field
- Three or more years of management experience
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Two or more years supporting Salesforce.com
- Five to eight years of experience in operations/technology project management activities
- Mortgage Lending and/or Financial services experience
- Salesforce.com certified administrator
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision
- Ability to work as a team leader
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
