U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished Senior Program Manager with strong strategic and enterprise project management experience to contribute toward the success of our technology multi-year initiatives. The candidate will join a team responsible for multi-million dollar, three-year wealth management CRM technology roadmap. Directs the overall work efforts of multiple project teams with the direct reporting relationship of 5 project managers. Provides oversight to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule goals and objectives for large sized program/projects with extensive complexity. Manages program/projects from initial concept through post implementation, including multiple implementation cycles. Plans and controls multiple related projects with complex dependencies and shared resources and trains others in the use of planning tools. Builds relationships with sponsoring executives and among different groups within and outside the department while serving as a liaison. Addresses issues via direct one-on-one dialog with resources. Clarifies boundaries of acceptable risk and removes obstacles. Authors program management artifacts and develops and maintains program plans. Works with resource managers to obtain resources. Ensures project governance is established and observed. Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes program plan activities. Authors effective, clear, concise, and relevant communication for program/project stakeholders. Communicates difficult and/or complex ideas and presents the appropriate message to audiences up to and including Senior/Executive leadership. Determines knowledge and skills required for successful project outcomes. Promotes collaborative relationships across project team members. Inspires commitment, high energy, and positive attitudes. Influences multiple constituencies. Manages program/project team size of more than 18 team members.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Project management certification
At least 10 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.
SDLC knowledge
Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage projects that span multiple groups and time zones, as well as to learn fast and build up knowledge areas
Strong individual contributor, with ability to mentor and coach junior personnel
At Least 5 years experience within the Financial Services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
Change management certification
SCRUM master
Salesforce sales & pipeline, marketing, service console
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Security-centric projects and audits
Extensive experience in:
MS office products
MS Project
SDLC Program/Project Management
Subject matter expert in:
Program control and reporting
Program planning and organization
Program financial planning and control
Risk and Issue resolution
