Wealth Management Omnichannel Sales Optimization Director

Senior level role responsible for optimizing sales campaigns and channel experiences to grow the Wealth Management business across: contact center, digital and in person channels.   The primary focus will be on the Digital and Contact Center channels. The digital channel will include defining and implementing capabilities to enhance the sales effectiveness of our Wealth Management digital assets, across public and private pages, partnering with senior leaders in our WM Digital, Omnichannel and TOS organizations in addition to third party vendors and partners. Contact Centers will include ensuring the Wealth Management contact center staff have adequate volume of high quality leads, effective tools and processes and proper reporting to ensure an optimal sales output. The leader will work with business lines across the organization including: Mortgage, Community Banking, and Credit Card, to ensure clients receive an Affluent experience and have the capabilities to facilitate sales to this customer segment.   In-person channels will include ensuring proper procedures and reporting is in place to ensure referrals and appointments between local advisors and phone / digital channels are effective.   Overall the leader will be responsible for developing new or enhancing existing capabilities and sales programs to meet the client, revenue and assets under management growth rate expectations.

 

This leader will work alongside senior leaders in our corporate marketing organization to ensure marketing campaigns are meeting their financial objectives by ensuring the highest possible rate of “inquiry” to “conversion”. Regardless of the channel the prospective or existing client may want to engage with the bank, the leader will ensure the client can easily progress through the sales funnel.   The leader will work closely with senior leaders in the wealth and retail and credit card product management organizations to ensure products and services supporting the wealth management segment are meeting their sales growth objectives.

 

Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field required, with Advanced degree in related field preferred.8+ years Financial Service or retail product goods experience.
  • 5+ years management experience.
  • Proven experience in: customer experience, customer segmentation, contact center management, eCommerce. 
  • Proven leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills – capable of articulating compelling strategies and motivating employees across a metricized organization.
