The Loyalty Operations Product Manager is responsible for supporting reward products and services across business lines that utilize the RPS Rewards platform. Coordinate loyalty marketing efforts with business line partners. Provided impacted business lines with appropriate information regarding their Reward products and services. Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal and compliance reviews of customer-facing reward materials. Assist with developing reporting for monitoring performance of Rewards marketing campaigns. Assist with the day-to-day administration of the reward platform and projects.
