We offer an exciting opportunity to join our Global Structured Finance team as a Trust Manager responsible for overseeing staff and processes related to contingent servicing appointments in connection with our Asset Backed and Mortgage Backed Securities portfolio.  The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of asset servicing practices across various asset types and will possess well developed risk management and analytical skills.  The position provides strategic direction and leadership to the business line related to contingent servicing and will coordinate with Business Development Officers, Relationship Managers, Senior Management and Risk/Compliance Partners in doing so.
 
Key responsibilities include:
-Initial vendor selection and ongoing oversight of sub-servicers including due diligence, contract and pricing negotiation
-Contingency planning for potential servicing transfer events
-Development, reporting and analysis of portfolio metrics
-Establishing and maintaining relationships with market participants
 

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of experience in banking/servicing operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, and/or customer service
- Three or more years of management experience (project or people based)
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable technical expertise and knowledge of Asset Backed Securitization, related Corporate Trust products, asset servicing processes and regulations
- Ability to effectively manage the most complex trust unit functions
- Ability to provide expert leadership and guidance on asset servicing related processes and products
- Superior risk management skills
- Strong management skills to include planning, budgeting, and people management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
