Position Summary:
The Marketing Analytics Manager is a key member of the Analytics team on the Retail Payment Solutions team, responsible for providing reports, analysis and models for RPS leadership. As an Analytics Evangelist, this leader will play a major role in building and expanding new analytical capabilities with a key focus on the digital analytics space. The role requires strong business analysis, relationship building, project management and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track, report and analyze campaign results to measure progress against business goals
  • Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations based on reported results, benchmarks, discovered patterns and all necessary context
  • Build data models to determine causality of certain performance trends, predict future impact, understand attribution and improve marketing ROI
  • Act as a consultative partner to key stakeholders within and outside of RPS to drive strategic measurement plans across initiatives
  • Define business requirements for evaluation and selection of analytics technologies and integration of new data assets

Qualifications

 
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field such as business, engineering, computer science, or applied mathematics, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years’ of related experience
  • Experience working with digital analytics and marketing automation technologies
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies and econometric modeling 
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Direct experience with analytics technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Axciom, Tableau, Hadoop, R
  • Strong technical skill with SAS, SQL, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Experience packaging and presenting analytical output
  • Experience in identifying KPIs, developing reports and dashboards, and data visualization
  • Ability to run statistical analyses for significance, trends, forecasts and segmentation purposes
  • Adept in connecting requirements to technology, uncovering new uses of technology and defining product evaluation criteria
  • Skilled in translating business questions into analytics requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
