International Banking Specialist - (Part time/20 hours)

Responsible for reinforcing U.S. Bank continued efforts and long-standing commitment to effective and independent quality review. Review documents against quality issues using an Access data base, performance measures and quality improvements against established parameters. The role will serve as second reviewer for data that was previously entered by an International Remittance processor, this individual will independently review and compare information or entries and perform additional research for management review. Must remain objective and actively engaged in tracking and compiling data.  Responsibilities also include research, exception processing, data entry, record keeping, and/or data maintenance to avoid inherent conflicts of interest that may hinder International Remittance processing program.   
 

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of experience in international banking services or financial services industry

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of specific international banking products, services and general bank operating policies and procedures
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent PC skills including spreadsheet, word processing and database manipulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed ability to integrate knowledge, anticipate outcomes and use personal judgment
