Administers policies and procedures for mortgage loan servicing/processing or operational functions to ensure compliance with various regulatory, investor, governmental or corporate requirements.  Interviews, hires, trains, mentors, evaluates and assist subordinate personnel.  Coordinates work flow for assigned personnel, sets processing deadlines and ensures proper procedures are followed.  Processes a variety of confidential information and documents.  Generates correspondence and reports.  Provides superior service to our customer base as well as internal staff.  Provides support to department manager and carries out assigned duties and projects.

 

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in mortgage banking with emphasis on servicing/processing
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of all aspects of mortgage lending, servicing or operational policies and practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
