Partners with Private Client Relationship Manager in identifying, developing, generating and managing full service relationships. Helps expand client base with emphasis on client service and profitability. Responsible for the efficient administration of trust accounts for an affluent client base where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. Provides high level customer service to clients, attorneys and beneficiaries relating to these accounts. Assists in the administration of accounts in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements and monitors risk within designated authority levels.

 

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of fiduciary trust experience
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of all products, services and solutions applicable to target market segment
- Advanced knowledge of trust administration, fiduciary regulations, and trust services
- In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services and compliance/regulatory reporting
- Basic knowledge of systems and procedures, as well as operations areas and responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis in investment analysis and instruments
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
