Our Recovery Agency Performance Management department is seeking a qualified candidate to coordinate the distribution of workloads, monitoring production and participate in the processing of work as necessary. They will coordinate with other work areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines. Resolves exceptions and problems of a more routine nature while referring more complex problems to the supervisor or manager as necessary. Performs random audits of processors work to ensure accuracy. Maintains knowledge of products, services and systems in assigned area.
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft office products including Excel and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
