Treasury Management Implementation Manager

U.S. Bank is looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership and coaching abilities to head up a team of Treasury Management implementation professionals in our St Louis, MO location.  The implementation team is responsible for the onboarding and implementation of Treasury Management products servicing our corporate, commercial, and small business clients. The department works closely with Sales and Operations partners.
 
For this management position, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop staff performance standards for productivity, quality, and risk management in accordance with a superior customer focus
  • Ensure quality service and effective support for all assigned internal and external customers
  • Achieve results through the effective management, support, and coaching of staff
  • Provide oversight to project leads on larger deals and serve as the escalation point for issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with lead-times, service level agreements, and audit responsibilities
  • Maintain key metrics around implementation productivity, onboarding times, and client satisfaction
  • Provide an environment that is conducive to open communication and feedback
  • Provide close support and direction to the team with problem implementations, service failures, or individual challenges
  • Communicate problems, challenges, and successes to your manager
  • Pursue and execute process improvements to elevate the client experience and staff development
  • Participate in business line projects as assigned representing the Implementation Department

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of managerial experience
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
-Continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Skills/ Experience
-Experience in Treasury Management and/or financial services industry
-Knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
-In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
-Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-Well-developed customer relations skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
