The Strategic Change Alignment Manager leads across boundaries to develop and promote U.S. Bank Home Mortgage’s vision, strategies, and initiatives to both internal and external audiences, building understanding and commitment to our market leadership and transformation strategies.

The Strategic Change Alignment Manager role is a multi-faceted position responsible for:
• Partnering with mortgage’s top executive team to articulate, document, and promote specific strategies related to lending channel growth, profitability, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement;
• Developing and (in partnership with our Business Readiness team) executing strategies to drive success of business change initiatives, ensuring internal and external stakeholder awareness, commitment, adoption, and usage;
• Leading a small team of mortgage communications professionals, focused on supporting rollout of business change initiatives and related communications programs; and
• Leading the coordination among executives and change communications stakeholders, to ensure consistency in messaging, to manage change absorption among specific stakeholder groups, and to promote innovation in change messaging methods and tools (e.g., digital, video, executive forums)

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in mortgage servicing or operations activities
- Five or more years of supervisory/management experience
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 10+ years of mortgage industry experience, in strategic planning and/or high impact change leadership roles;
- Strong working knowledge of mortgage industry strategies, financial metrics, challenges, trends, and issues, and how they impact lenders and internal stakeholders;
- 10+ years of mortgage communications experience, working equally effectively with both senior executives and change implementation team stakeholders to produce high quality content within accelerated timeframes;
