Red Sky Risk Services, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank N.A that works closely with an independent panel of licensed appraisal professionals to deliver compliant, credible, transparent opinions of value. Our current services are focused on residential real estate valuation where we analyze the results of the appraisal that the appraiser performs, in order to ensure that it was done with sound methodology, and represents a credible opinion of value.  Red Sky treats everyone involved in the process with respect–the clients (those who use our services to make better lending decisions), the partners (qualified appraisal professionals whom we engage to deliver the services), and the team members (those employed by Red Sky to manage work and ensure quality results).
 
The person in this role will serve as a primary liaison between the business lines they support and 3rd party real estate appraisers assigned valuation products to ensure that appraisal orders are being assigned, worked on and submitted in a timely manner. They will have responsibility for daily workflow and meeting service standards.
 
The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of Appraisals or Real Estate (highly preferred).They should also have great customer service and excellent written communication skills with a solid understanding of computer programs.
 

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in bank operational functions, systems, policies and procedures
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and/or the equipment used in the assigned area
- Good customer relations skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
