U.S. Bank National Association (“U.S. Bank”) is hiring a Data Analytics 4 in Richfield, MN. Duties: Formulate and build predictive modeling using machine learning to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other strategic initiatives; collaborate with managers, decision makers, and business partners to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives, to prioritize requests, to provide a holistic view of the analysis and to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions; define data requirements and gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests and analyze information obtained from multiple sources to conceptualize and define operational problems; prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions; lead and manage MMO modes and its applications to optimize marketing investment dollars and ROI across products, channels and geographies; and ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards and work with model risk governance and fair and responsible lending and compliance to ensure models are in good standing.

Qualifications

 
Requires a Master's degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field plus at least 3 years of relevant experience. Must have at least 3 years of experience with the following: modeling; statistical analyses methodologies; working in the financial services industry with financial services products, customers, transactions, interaction data and source systems; Tableau; SQL/SAS for querying data and for data manipulation; and aspects of the compliance process (model risk governance processes, model validation and fair and responsible banking compliance approval and validation process).
