-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 1 year experience with management approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others.
-At least 7 years experience with technical communication guidance, services, and support to information delivery solutions, knowledge management systems, and communication strategies.
Working experience in:
-IT quality assurance
-SharePoint and other Microsoft collaboration tools
Extensive experience in:
-Mainframe system environment
-IT project management
-System development life cycle
Subject matter expert in:
1st - Daytime
