U.S. Bank is seeking an Information Security Architect with leadership and implementation experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Develops and implements security policy standards, baselines, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments and manages the associated security exception process and security awareness campaigns. Reviews and approves security configuration and installation of firewall, VPN, routers, IDS scanning technologies, and servers. Monitors security violations; recommends and implements improvements. Oversees security awareness program. Develops, communicates and trains on requirements set forth in information security policies, standards, baselines, and other related documents. Maintains awareness of industry security technologies and practices. Establishes enterprise direction and guidance for risk-based security decision making. Coordinates the creation and upkeep of information security documents that support the information security policies. Takes action on regulatory changes affecting information security policies, standards, baselines, and other related documents and recommends appropriate changes. Provides input on information security policies, standards, baselines, and other related documents, as requested, to represent the Information Security Services department during internal and external audits. Provides guidance to internal customers on issues of risk, compliance, interpretation of info security policies, standards, baselines, other related documents, and general information security. Participates in the development of hardware/software.

-At least 7 years experience with processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to standards associated with accessing, altering and protecting organizational data.
