U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior SharePoint Application Developer with design and development experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.  This candidate will diagnose end user’s problems and must have the ability to prescribe the right solution. Candidate will participate in troubleshooting and assist in creating new process and workflow.  Estimates and defines time tables and project tasks; analyzes and estimates cost and time. Creates and may review unit and test plans. Identifies opportunities to improve testing process.  Performs and/or leads design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solution. Develops basic and detailed program specifications. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.  Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.  Leads technical staff and clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems. Identifies and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.  Conducts analysis of organizational needs for the development and implementation of application systems.  Monitors operating efficiency of existing application systems. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions.  Demonstrates good understanding of the business needs driving the projects.

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications

 

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

-At least 3 years experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.

-At least 8 years experience with developing and implementing applications.

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

 

-At least 7 years experience with developing and implementing applications.
 
Responsibilities: 
· Day to Day management and reporting of SharePoint/Office 365 online/OnPrem health
· Assist Site Owners/developer in the design and migration efforts to Office 365
· Provide level 2 & 3 support for SharePoint users/employee base
· Assist in the development of requirements for migrating "on premise" collaboration platforms to Office365 by meeting with technical and business teams

Working experience with:
-SharePoint 2013/2016 & Office365
-PowerApps & Flow
-Managed Metadata/Information management
 
Extensive experience in:
-SharePoint Development – .net, C#, javascript, HTML5, CSS, Rest API & JQuery
-SharePoint ‘Out of the box’ features for creating Webpages, Views, Search/Result Sources, Forms & Workflows.
-Business Connectivity Services
-SharePoint Object Model (OM)/Client Side Object Model
-SharePoint Designer
-Visio
-InfoPath
