We are looking for an eager and motivated technology professional to join us on our Employee Systems modernization journey.

In this position you will have the opportunity to continually grow in your career as you provide consulting, administration and integration support for our diverse HR application suite.

Responsibilities
-Design, recommend and implement technical changes to support our Employee Systems transformation and tools modernization initiative.
-Perform consulting, assess requests for data from various systems, problem solving and managing system documentation as needed.
-Perform analysis and development to support the business needs which may include:
     o Modifications to existing integrations
     o Creating requirements or data mapping of integrations
     o Coding new interfaces, dashboards, web services or integrations using multiple tools and systems
     o Coordination of changes, releases and upgrades used for transmissions
-Partner with internal and external partners (technology team members, external vendors and business line representatives) on new solutions and support optimization of existing applications and integration solutions.
-Lead effort to ensure interface inventory, support documentation and specifications are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
-5 Years of experience working with data management including; interfaces or extracts of data from various tools, basic knowledge of data structures and modeling and coordination of transmissions.
-Strong planning and organizational skills as well as good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.

Preferred Skills/Experience
-Experience with providing business and systems analysis to create IT and technology solutions, including: impact Analysis, solution design and delivery.
-2-3 years of experience working with simple to complex data models and mapping (HR Systems a plus).
-Understanding of Agile SCRUM methodology.
-Experience in working with data structures, reporting and integration tools used to support the following applications: PeopleSoft (Query, XML/BI Publisher, SQR), Workday, Oracle HR Cloud, Cornerstone, Kronos, and Taleo (OBI and TCC).
-Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, DataShare) is a plus.
-Familiarity with trends in technologies such as movement towards web transactions, converged data and technical integration of data.
-Experience using broad, enterprise-wide suite of technical tools and processes to optimize solution and maximize capabilities.
-Demonstrated foundational understanding of information technology infrastructure, data warehouse, security, applications and support.
