U.S. Bank is seeking an effective Technical Communications Consultant to work with Business Line Process Owners/Subject Matter Experts and Risk and Compliance to provide authoritative documents to support consistent implementation and ongoing execution against policy requirements, describing ‘how’ employees should execute their duties.
• Reviews all business line process and procedure and employee facing documentation, including user manuals and reference manuals for accuracy and completeness.
• Create or update documentation due to project or initiative.
• Maintains accurate records of documentation changes in documentation library.
• Facilitates collaboration with business line process owners/subject matter experts and Risk and Compliance to accurately document procedures and/or employee facing documents.

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 4 years experience with technical communication guidance, services, and support to information delivery solutions, knowledge management systems, and communication strategies.
