Sr. Application Developer - MS Dynamics

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Application Developer with design and development experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.  Performs and/or leads the technical design and development of complex application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms. May participate in some application architecture functions.  Estimates and defines time tables and project tasks; analyzes and estimates cost and time. Leads change impact analysis.  Creates and may review unit and test plans. Identifies opportunities to improve testing process.  Performs and/or leads design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solution. Develops basic and detailed program specifications. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.  Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.  Leads technical staff and clients to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems. Identifies and manages interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations.  Conducts analysis of organizational needs for the development and implementation of application systems.  Monitors operating efficiency of existing application systems. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions.  Demonstrates good understanding of the business needs driving the projects.

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 7 years experience with developing and implementing applications.


Preferred Skills/Experience

1. Working experience in:

-Customer Relationship Management (Like Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel etc.,)

-Dot Net Framework and C#

-SQL Server 2012 and above

-Data modelling and Data analysis as relates to CRM applications.

Good understanding of architecture and building blocks of MS CRM DYNAMICS 2016 and Universal Service Desk


2. Strong Experience in:

-At least 3 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions

-Experience in Web Application performance analysis and tuning preferably in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

-A strong SQL background with database integration experience. SSIS

-STRONG in C# is a plus

-JavaScript, HTML and CSS , JQuery, Ajax, Angular a plus.

-Ability to Use Architectural artifacts to convert them into ICD (Design documents).

-Experience with .NET frameworks 4.5+.

-Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

-Release management

-System development life cycle

-Familiarity with agile methodology

-Application testing

-System testing

-Very good understanding and experience in performance management and trouble shooting of Very large (Over 3TB) and over 1500 Txns per second MS SQL Databases and SSIS.

Good working knowledge of WINDOWS POWERSHELL SCRIPTING and ability to develop scripts to interface with SQL DB and CRM DYNAMICS as well as server a plus

Knowledge and experience in Registry structure in Windows 2014 onwards is a plus.

Implementation and operational support for MS CRM In large implementations in call centers is a plus.

Good understanding of development tools and techniques in Microsoft windows environment


3. Subject matter expert in:

-Understanding of core concepts surrounding CRM data structure and related database tables, views and indexes

- In-depth hands-on knowledge in entity relationship modelling to match the functional requirements/architecture inputs specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM  -In-depth hands-on knowledge of the xRM framework and Dot Net Integration.

-Ability to develop CRM workflows and monitor/troubleshoot related issues

-Ability to develop CRM plugins

-Should be able to do advanced JavaScript Web services calls.

-Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM Web API, REST/ODATA, WCF and SOAP endpoints.

-Visual Studio and TFS experience

-Strong skills in troubleshooting the code, problem solving and critical thinking skills
