Senior Automation Tester

U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Senior Automation Tester Specialist with proven automation testing and project management experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
  • Leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated test scripts on web and mobile applications. 
  • Approves the Automation Test Plans. 
  • Serves as subject matter expert on complex automation scripting and tool usage. 
  • Performs needs analysis of applications and available testing tools. 
  • Leads the audit, evaluation, and review of products and processes.
  • Extensive knowledge in the use of automation tools
  • Leading development of automated test scenarios for process and user acceptance testing.
  • Assists in the distribution of all Quality Assurance (QA) practices, standards methodologies and metrics.
  • Performs test executions and writes test scripts for complex integrated systems.
  • Performs regression testing on new software releases and reports findings.
  • Provides technical support and guidance, software installation, problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of structured testing concepts, methodologies, and automated testing and support tools.
  • Provides status reporting to QA and management. Involves senior management to resolve complex issues in a timely manner as needed.

Qualifications

 

 

Basic Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 7 years’ experience with designing, planning and execution of automation testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality at all stages of the system life cycle.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with leading, building and managing projects.
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
 
Working experience in:
