QA Analyst

Participates in the quality assurance processes following established procedures to ensure that all services meet company standards and are in compliance with IT Governance policies.
Recognizes and identifies areas where quality assurance procedures need to be updated or developed based on process and policy changes as directed by the IT Governance Manager
Assist with process audits to procedures and ensure the audit results are posted timely and accurately for transparency
Assist in documentation of Committee Meetings as needed   
Under the guidance of the IT Governance Manager, develops, publishes and implements document changes
Assists in adhoc IT Governance reporting needs
Coordinates the operational processes needed to fulfill the IT Service Management policy and procedures
Sharepoint Administrator
TFS Administrator
Assists in supporting with incidents related to Information Technologies guidelines
Other duties as assigned



Basic Qualifications


-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-ITIL Service Management Foundation Certification
-At least 2 years of experience with the processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to quality standards associated with developing, enhancing and operationalizing application systems and databases.
