Development Group Manager - Salesforce

Responsible for application systems analysis and programming activities for a group.  Conducts feasibility studies, time and cost estimates and the establishment and implementation of new or revised applications and programs.  Assists in projecting software and hardware requirements.  Assigns personnel to various projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work and prepares performance reports.  Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods.  Consults with personnel in other Technology areas to coordinate activities.  Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the development group.


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in information systems technology and financial services industry applications
- Three or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience

-At least 2 years experience managing and leading team towards delivery

- Excellent communication skills to be able to collaborate with technical and business audiences

-10+ years of consulting and / or CRM implementation experience

-Salesforce certification(s) are a plus

-Ability to develop processes and methodologies

- Have thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration


Working experience in:

-Application delivery process

-IT service management (ITSM)

-IT project management

-IT systems management

-Information management

-Application development tools


-IT standards, procedures, policy


Extensive experience in:

- IT environment

- CRM Technologies – preferred
