U.S. Bancorp Fund Services is seeking a Director of Sales.  The Director of Sales is responsible for driving a global sales team to deliver a wide range of Fund Services products. Team includes 9 sales professionals and 6 sales support staff.   In addition to driving new sales business results, works closely with prospects and clients to generate new business, collaborating with both internal Fund Services business line leaders as well as other business lines within U.S. Bank. This position will report directly into the Fund Services President and will be a key member of the Sr. Management team ensuring Fund Services has a strategic delivery approach regarding new business with sophisticated clients.
 

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 15 or more years of Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund and/or Investment Management experience
- Eight or more years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
- Experience managing a large scope and market with a complex portfolio preferred
