Market Credit Manager

Approves loans in excess of regional, state, business unit or credit officer authority levels, ensuring conformity with bank policies and procedures. Develops guidance policies. Monitors delinquency, loss, and risk rating accuracy across groups of regions, states and/or business units. Works with credit officers and other senior officers with structuring, pricing and documentation of larger commercial loan transactions. Monitors and reviews group's loan underwriting and portfolio management performance for senior management/regulatory agency review. Analyzes new business prospects.


Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 12 or more years of experience in credit administration
- Seven or more years of management experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Expert knowledge of credit and lending policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
