Our competitive 10-12 week paid graduate internship is an unparalleled opportunity to develop as a leader while sharpening your analytical skills. Responsibilities:
  • Participate in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • Assist to identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
  • Actively identify, respond and/or escalate risks as appropriate.
  • Inform policies and procedures in an effort to maximize profit potential and minimize regulatory exposure.
  • Assist the functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense. 
 

Qualifications

 
Skills & Qualifications
  • Pursuing an advanced degree. Interest in the area of Compliance/Regulatory change management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to influence others, manage projects, and facilitate meetings
  • Str ong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) applications
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to seek out required information to complete tasks
