Perform a deep dive assessment of our Top 50 Revenue generating clients. Create individual summaries to highlight client relationship, volumes, special handling in place, trends in activity, investigation cases logged, etc. and develop a “Value for Spend” scorecard to rank each
Partner with the Client Servicing team to perform correspondent banking analysis inclusive of STP ratios, payment delays, fees, etc. to develop Nostro Scorecards
Leverage capacity model to perform cost analysis of mass updates and streamlining existing manual processes
Aid in the refinement of the Operating Level Agreement and development of a monthly scorecard to track adherence/non-adherence
