Enterprise Fraud Risk Management, of U.S. Bank’s Operational Risk Management area, is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to support a team of about 20 FTE with daily activities. This role will provide a broad variety of administrative support services, such as department communications, calendar/meeting management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Other duties may include: work space coordination, office supply management; collecting and interpreting information to produce reports; records management; conducting special projects; coordinating conferences; presentation creation; and composing correspondence and other documentation as needed. Responsible for creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.


Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong calendaring skills in Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge about bank organization structures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
