In this position, the associate will provide a variety of administrative and staff support services for the National Strategy Practice Leader and Practice Integration Manager in Private Wealth Management. This person must be PowerPoint proficient and able to visually express content with charts, graphs, images and design elements.  Composes correspondence, prepares reports and conducts special projects as directed.  Develops, manipulates and maintains documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
Other duties may include: project management support; assist in the preparation of management presentations and reporting documents; coordinate meetings and travel arrangements; and compose correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, etc.
Essential Functions:
  • Independently plans and organizes work; develops and maintains procedures to ensure work is completed in an efficient manner.
  • Coordinates the National Strategy Practice Leader daily appointment calendar including making reservations for travel and accommodations as needed
  • Orders meeting supplies / meals as needed
  • Creates power point presentations
  • Supports project management and communications work
  • Contributes to effective customer and public relations through courteous and tactful responses to inquiries.  Follows through on matters referred to other staff to make sure prompt action has been taken.


Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Proficient in PowerPoint

- Strong experience with Excel

- Strong reading, and writing skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Administrative, secretarial and clerical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
